  I've dealt with TM for several years now. Let's be honest - the initial interest rates are astronomical!! But every time I go back - the rate drops dramatically. The process is as simple as they claim and the service is bar none. If you are up front with them on your circumstances - they definitely will work with you in virtually every situation. I've paid off the balances early every time with no issues ever and with their full cooperation. And I will continue to go back anytime I need $$ on a short time basis. No doubt. Plus - in Sumter - you've John, Kim and Daisy who greet you by name, hold meaningful and positive conversations with you and they genuinely care. I've read several negative reviews and 99.9% of the complaints center on interest rates and pay dates. If you go there knowing you are going to have to accept the rates as part of the process for a company to offer you $$ for your vehicle with zero credit checks and yet no ridiculous stipulations - you can't/shouldn't be surprised. As to no grace period on paydates - again, research what it is you are actually getting for limited intrusion into your credit and be prepared. Don't blame TM for expecting payments on time for Christ sake. Be responsible, honest and upfront with them and they will work with you. Of all the payday - title lenders out there, TM is by far the best option. Keep up the good work TM folks. You are my heroes!!
